BREAKING NEWS: Arsenal is prepared to invest a staggering £95 million to acquire a European superstar during the upcoming summer transfer window

Defensa Central has reported that Arsenal is targeting Real Madrid’s emerging midfield talent, Eduardo Camavinga, for a summer transfer.

Despite having spent £105 million on Declan Rice just a year ago, Arsenal is eager to strengthen its midfield.

Although originally recruited for midfield duties, Kai Havertz has recently excelled as a central striker.

Arteta is now tasked with filling the gap left by Xhaka in midfield.

Plans are in motion to bring in a top-tier midfielder, with David Ornstein revealing that the Arsenal manager is undecided between signing a defensive midfielder or a more attacking one.

In light of potential midfield reinforcements, Defensa Central suggests that Arsenal has its sights set on Eduardo Camavinga from Real Madrid.

The Gunners view the French talent as a suitable addition to the Premier League and are willing to spend £95 million to secure his services.

The idea of Arsenal making another substantial investment in a midfielder, especially after the significant outlay on Rice, may raise eyebrows.

Nevertheless, securing Camavinga’s signature would be a significant coup for the North London club.

Despite Carlo Ancelotti considering Camavinga crucial, the youngster has yet to establish himself as a regular starter at Real Madrid.

If he does not feature against Manchester City in the Champions League this week, Arsenal believes they could tempt him away from the Bernabeu in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Primarily a left-sided central midfielder, Camavinga has demonstrated versatility by filling in at left-back when needed.

At Arsenal, he could potentially occupy the role vacated by Granit Xhaka, operating as the left-sided No. 8 alongside Rice as the No. 6 and Odegaard as the right-sided No. 8.

The idea of a midfield trio comprising Rice, Camavinga, and Odegaard presents an appealing prospect for Arsenal.

Madrid might be inclined to let Camavinga go if Arsenal tables £95 million, considering their need to finance a blockbuster move for Kylian Mbappe.
