Despite a campaign riddled with inconsistency, key player injuries, and ultimately failing to secure European qualification for the 2025/26 season, captain Bruno Fernandes has voiced his full support for manager Ruben Amorim.
The Portuguese midfielder praised Amorim’s long-term vision, tactical intelligence, and efforts to rebuild the squad, even amid growing pressure and criticism from fans and pundits.
Amorim took over at Manchester United in November 2024 after leaving Sporting CP. His appointment was meant to signal a new direction for the club following a troubled start to the season.
