Manchester United have reportedly entered discussions to sign Rafael Leão from AC Milan as they continue a significant summer overhaul of their attacking department, according to Spanish outlet Fichajes.
The Red Devils, having struggled with goal-scoring issues in the previous campaign, are looking to reshape their forward line under newly appointed manager Rúben Amorim.
United have already completed the signing of Brazilian forward Matheus Cunha from Wolves for around £62.5 million, and are currently in talks with Brentford over a deal for Bryan Mbeumo, who is expected to cost a similar amount.
Now, their attention has turned to Leão — a versatile and explosive wide forward who can operate on either wing or in a central role.
With players like Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony, and even Alejandro Garnacho being linked with possible exits this summer, United see Leão as a top candidate to fill the void.
However, despite his undeniable talent, there are concerns that pursuing another wide forward might not be necessary if Mbeumo eventually signs.
