Victor Osimhen, a striker for Napoli, is apparently eager to join the Premier League and is willing to turn off Paris Saint-Germain.
Chelsea has contacted Napoli to inquire about the possibility of a transfer involving Osimhen and whether the latter would be willing to take payment in exchange for Romelu Lukaku and a younger player.
Later sources indicate that the Belgian is interested in joining Napoli this summer.

Gianluca di Marzio has now told Sky Italia (via CN24) that Osimhen would prefer to stay away from PSG and wait for Premier League teams to contact him.
Osimhen is not excited about the prospect of playing for PSG because he has already represented
Lille in France, as well as Chelsea and Arsenal in the Premier League, are two teams that may be interested in signing him.
While everything is going on, Napoli and Chelsea are considering a potential trade involving Osimhen and Lukaku.
Di Marzio has also stated that the Nigerian loves England and returns frequently to hang out with his friends. Right now, it appears unlikely that he will join PSG.
